Sydney graduated with her English and writing studies degree from Utah Valley University, where she’d originally pursued an education in psychology only to quickly miss the creative arts. She has several years of technical and creative writing experience behind her that she hopes to direct positively towards ASA. She has experience as an English tutor and mentor and strives to dedicate her time in ASA to helping more students find their place in the academic field. She is based in Provo, Utah, where she lives with her fiancé and their too cats. In her free time, she is an avid reader, writer, artist, cat lover, and TTRPG nerd.
